One of the country’s former top sports writers, multiple award-winning journalist and author of 17 published books, a number of them best-sellers, Ian has been a constant on national TV and Radio for many years and currently hosts his own Sunday morning show on Talksport as well as appearing regularly in half hour sports slots on Sky News.
He is now primarily a speaker, host and public interviewer of stars from all genres in front of public audiences, including at the London Sporting Club he owns in Mayfair and the City. Ian hosts everything from large dinners and intimate lunches to chairing conferences and convening discussion panels. Recent events include: An Evening with Sugar Ray Leonard; Lunches with Frank Bruno, Frankie Dettori, Sir Clive Woodward, Sam Allardyce, Michael Johnson and David Coulthard and, coming up, Lord Sebastian Coe, Sir Geoff Hurst and Mark Webber; a business breakfast with Barry Hearn; plus the Legends Ball with Dynamo and various sports stars and, soon, an Evening with Clive Anderson.
